Wilderness School is seeking multiple caring and dedicated Boarding House Supervisors to join our welcoming Boarding House community for Years 7–12. You will provide pastoral care, supervision and practical support in a safe, nurturing home away from home.

We offer a range of roster options including afternoon, overnight and weekend shifts, with varied contracted hours. You will work closely with the Head and Assistant Head of Boarding to support student wellbeing and daily routines.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people, ideally in education or residential care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A warm, empathetic and professional approach to student care.

Responsabilités

• Provide a safe, welcoming environment promoting student wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with students, families and staff.
• Support daily boarding routines including meals, study and recreation.
• Respond to pastoral care needs with guidance and appropriate support.
• Assist and run activities and boarding programs.
• Manage leave arrangements and maintain records.
• Support health, safety and emergencies, including first aid when required.
• Collaborate with the Boarding House team to foster a respectful community.
