Penrhos College is seeking a motivated and organised Assistant Head of Boarding (Pastoral) to support the leadership and daily operations of our Boarding House. This is a permanent, part-time (0.5 FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2027, with rostered weekend and on-call responsibilities, and additional shifts to make up to 1.0 available.

The role focuses on fostering a warm, inclusive and nurturing environment, contributing to engaging boarding experiences and promoting student wellbeing.
