Job summary

Concordia Lutheran College in Toowoomba, QLD, seeks a Boarding Coordinator to lead our Learning in Residence Program and support the holistic growth of boarding students. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and a nurturing residential environment within a dynamic college community.

Qualifications

• Diploma/certs in youth work or service delivery preferred.
• Blue Card eligibility/current Blue Card required.
• First Aid qualifications and Mental Health First Aid desired.
• Experience in school-based boarding settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Learning in Residence Program and supervise daily boarding operations.
• Monitor and support students' academic, spiritual, and personal development.
• Maintain a visible presence in the Boarding House and oversee routines.
• Foster strong relationships with students, families and staff.
• Coordinate boarding administration including reports and movements.
