Ascham School in Sydney seeks a Boarding Coordinator to support four boarding houses, ensuring wellbeing and a safe home-away-from-home for Years 7–12 boarders. The role is permanent, part-time (~22 hours per week) during term time, with some evenings and weekends.
You will oversee welfare, maintain records, assist with weekend activities, and work with staff to create a supportive, nurturing environment and appropriate pastoral care.

We are a seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and highly organised Boarding Coordinator to work in one of our four boarding houses, be a great role model for girls in Years 7-12, ensure their well being, and contribute to the smooth running of their homes-away-from home.
It incorporates evening / weekend work, and pre / post term set up and close-down, and may suit an individual with a background in teaching or adolescent health.
