Job summary

Carrier, part of a global leader in climate and energy solutions, is seeking a BMS Technician to commission, service, and engineer BMCS/DDC installations, ensuring quality and compliance with site tasks and standards. You will work autonomously or in a team to deliver high customer satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of Building Management Systems, HVAC/BMS expertise, and strong fault-finding and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Existing skills and experience in Building Management Systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC/BMS systems is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Service, Preventative Maintenance and Commissioning of BMCS/DDC control systems.
• Provide software configuration, testing and commissioning, calibrations and maintenance diagnosis, repair, and basic programming.
• Ensure jobs on site are per directions from Service Management/Operations.
• Provide high level technical support to team members, Installers and Service Agents.
• Coordinate and provide field data and documents to Operations/Service Management.
