Job summary

Pact Group Holdings Ltd is seeking a dedicated Moulder Technician to operate blow moulding equipment on a 24/5 production schedule. You will manage machines, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Collaboration with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams is essential. Ideal candidates have experience with blow moulding or similar equipment, strong mechanical skills, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience operating blow moulding machines or similar industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving in a production environment.
• Experience in a food manufacturing or high quality production setting preferred.
• Proactive approach to safety and ability to work within a behavioural safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production equipment to achieve production targets.
• Ensure products meet quality and customer requirements.
• Comply with WHS, quality, environmental and food safety standards.
• Record production and downtime data to support continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance requirements.
• Maintain high housekeeping and workplace organisation standards.
