Job summary

Mode Talent Pty Ltd is seeking a Production Engineer to design, build, and maintain blockchain validator infrastructure powering high-frequency trading worldwide.

You will own on-chain systems, improve monitoring, and advance security with key management and intrusion detection. The role requires strong PoS experience and Linux/Kubernetes expertise, collaborating globally in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Proof-of-Stake blockchain infrastructure (Solana/Ethereum preferred).
• Strong Linux, Kubernetes, networking, and cloud/bare-metal experience.
• Proficiency in bash scripting plus Python or Go or Rust.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flat team structure with reliable prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate on-chain infrastructure, including validators, light clients, and RPC nodes.
• Develop and improve monitoring and alerting systems for rapid issue detection and resolution.
• Experiment with emerging blockchain technologies and keep up with ecosystem developments.
• Enhance infrastructure security via key management, server hardening, and intrusion detection.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance and reliability.
• Participate in technical communities and knowledge sharing.
