Job summary

No Bull Blinds Queensland – Maroochydore QLD is seeking an entry-level installer trainee to join our Sunshine Coast team. No prior experience needed; just a driving license and a willingness to learn as you start on-site with support.

You'll help with packaging, loading, and basic installations, then progress toward quoting and full install work. We provide paid training, a van, tools, and ongoing development as your skills grow.

Our Queensland team is looking for its next installer trainee to help us out in the Sunshine Coast

This is an entry level position, no prior experience is required. All we need is a driving license and a willingness to learn.

Description -

We Manufacture, Supply and Install all different types of Window Furnishings.

This is a job with a little bit of everything. We'll show you how to install the products so you can help as an offsider and undertake your own installations. You will be bagging the jobs up and ensuring everything that is required for the job has been packed. Taking old blinds to the tip and attending warranties. Over time as you get to know the products we can look at training you on how to quote with the view of eventually becoming a full time quoter/installer in a couple of years where you can earn a six figure income.

• Experience with power tools would be handy but not necessary, we will provide full training.

• The chance to earn tradesman money without having to do a 4 year apprenticeship.

In order to be considered you need to have a driving license, apologies but it's hard to get our products to site on a bike.

Also, a current police check or willingness to get one.

This is a full time position, we aren't looking for contractors, Sorry.

Ideally, this job is suited to a younger person looking for an opportunity to learn new skills and wants to work towards becoming a fully trained quoter/installer.

This is an entry level trainee position and the pay reflects that but as your skills improve. so will your hourly rate.
