Job summary

No Bull Blinds Queensland – Maroochydore QLD is seeking an entry-level installer trainee to join our Sunshine Coast team. No prior experience needed; just a driving license and a willingness to learn as you start on-site with support.

You'll help with packaging, loading, and basic installations, then progress toward quoting and full install work. We provide paid training, a van, tools, and ongoing development as your skills grow.

Qualifications

• Driving license required.
• Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
• Punctual and well presented in appearance and conduct.
• Pleasant, respectful and able to work with others.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with packaging and loading materials for jobs.
• Support installers on-site with installations and prep tasks.
• Assist with taking old blinds to tip and attending warranties.
• Develop skills to become a full-time quoter/installer in the future.
