Job summary

The Wests Nelson Bay site is seeking a casual Bistro Server / Food Court Waitperson to join the front of house team. This casual role supports food outlets, functions and events with a focus on delivering outstanding service.

You will work Fridays, weekends and have good availability through the week as demand peaks in summer and holiday periods. Right to work checks will be completed as part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in café or fast food frontline roles is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and stay composed under pressure.
• Availability for Friday nights, weekends and weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service across food outlets.
• Assist with functions and events across the property.
• Support front of house catering operations during service.
