Job summary

The Wests Group Australia is seeking a casual Bistro Server for its Mayfield venues. You’ll provide warm service across Cast Iron Kitchen, Ada May Pantry, and Reload Café, handling tills and cash with accuracy while contributing to a polished dining experience.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, a passion for people, strong communication, and teamwork. Weekday, Friday nights, weekends, and split shifts are available, with a supportive team and safety-focused environment.

In this casual role,you’llbe an important part of both our front and back of house operations, helping create great dining experiences for our members and guests. Whetherit’sserving meals with a smile, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, or ensuring everything looks its best - you’llplay a key role in bringing our bistro to life.

You’llwork across our popular food outlets - Cast Iron Kitchen,Ada May Pantry, andReload Café- where fresh, quality food and genuine service are whatwe’reall about.

In this role, you’ll:

• Provide warm, efficient service to members and guests

This opportunity suits someonewho’savailable forsplit shiftscovering both lunch and dinner service, includingFriday nights, weekends, and weekday shifts.
