Alignerr Corp. seeks a Biology Subject Matter Expert to help train advanced AI systems. Masters-level biology knowledge will be used to design tests and rational explanations for model evaluation.

You'll work remotely on a flexible hourly contract, collaborating with researchers and contributing to benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters level biology, with the freedom to manage your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
• Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving across advanced biology topics.
• Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging, advanced biology questions to rigorously test AI performance.
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with thorough scientific reasoning.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Masters-level biology.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
