Alignerr is seeking a Biology Subject Matter Expert (AI Training) to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on scientific content. You will design biology questions, craft clear solutions, and assess AI outputs for accuracy and scientific validity, working remotely on a flexible, hourly contract.

The role emphasizes testing across biology domains, collaborating with researchers, and providing actionable feedback to enhance AI reasoning and communication of complex biology concepts.

Competenze

• Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
• Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving across advanced biology topics.
• Able to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing.
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on remote tasks.
• No prior AI experience required.
