Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Math/Stats, Physics, Software Eng)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Experience using R and/or Python programming languages
• Familiarity with Unix command line and HPC/cloud environments

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute bioinformatic pipelines/workflows for scRNA-seq and spatial transcriptomic data
• Contribute to codebase with debugging, refactoring and benchmarking of analytical packages
• Manage raw and processed data following established procedures
• Provide technical advice on research methods and tools
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with good scientific practices
• Communicate results through reports and visuals
• Contribute to research papers and grant proposals
