Job summary

KUSCH is seeking a BIM Technician in Melbourne to support delivery of prefabricated and structural design projects, coordinating with structural, mechanical and electrical teams and architects.

Based in Melbourne with up to 4 days from home and 1 day in our CBD office, you will develop Revit models, prepare detailed drawings, and help maintain BIM libraries.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Design, Engineering or related field
• Understanding of Australian standards
• Previous BIM experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit, cloud-based modelling experience is a plus
• Exposure to mechanical pipework, structural steel and fabrication detailing (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent computer literacy
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Collaborative communication style and a positive, proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn Inventor (experience highly regarded)
• Interest in collaboration tools such as Navis and Revizto

The Role

As a BIM Technician, you’ll support the delivery of prefabricated and structural design projects, working closely with structural, mechanical and electrical teams and architects to ensure seamless coordination.

This role is based in Melbourne, with up to 4 days working from home and 1 day in our CBD office.
