  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure BIM and digital engineering tools are effectively integrated into WT’s wider digital strategy and typical activities
  • Lead, mentor & upskill junior-to-intermediate team members, demonstrating best practice digital execution on projects. Provide training and support to project teams in BIM processes and tools
  • Conduct reality / point cloud capture of existing conditions; oversee scan-to-BIM & BIM deviation assessment workflows
  • Create 3D visualisations or schedule-oriented (4D) animations for project coordination.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with setting up and deploying digital twins on vertical construction projects
  • Knowledge of programming or scripting languages, such as Python or Dynamo, for BIM automation
