Job summary

Northrop Consulting Engineers in Wollongong is seeking a motivated Draftsperson to join our structural team. You will plan and complete drafting projects within budget and deadlines, delivering high-quality BIM-ready documents using Revit.

We value 3–5 years of post-qualified drafting experience and local exposure to structural steel, precast, or reinforced concrete. The role offers flexible hours and a collaborative, supportive culture with ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years post-qualified drafting experience.
• 3-5 years Revit structural experience.
• Local experience in Structural Steel, Precast and/or Reinforced concrete buildings.
• Formal Revit training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and complete drafting projects within budgets and deadlines in line with company standards.
• Produce high-quality documents in agreed time frames and BIM-ready for construction.
