Northrop Consulting Engineers in Wollongong is seeking a motivated Draftsperson to join our structural team. You will plan and complete drafting projects within budget and deadlines, delivering high-quality BIM-ready documents using Revit.

We value 3–5 years of post-qualified drafting experience and local exposure to structural steel, precast, or reinforced concrete. The role offers flexible hours and a collaborative, supportive culture with ongoing development.

The Role

Our Structural team is looking for an enthusiastic Draftsperson to join the team. The role is based in our Wollongong office.

Reporting to our Wollongong Structural Group Manager, the primary focus of this role as part of a broader team will be to successfully plan and complete assigned drafting projects within agreed budgets and deadlines, consistent with company and project standards. The ability to consistently produce quality documents in agreed time frames will be key to successfully performing this role.

The Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with the following qualities:

• 3-5 years post-qualified drafting experience - local experience highly valued
• 3-5 years Revit structural experience
• Local experience in Structural Steel, Precast and/or Reinforced concrete buildings
• Formal Revit training desirable.
