Job summary

HDR is seeking a Hydraulic Engineer to join the Building Engineering Services team in Sydney, with Melbourne considered for the right candidate. 2–6 years' experience, hands‑on design focus, and BIM delivery using Revit are valued.

You will contribute to complex data centre and mission critical projects across Australia, working closely with senior engineers and project leaders to deliver high‑quality hydraulic solutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in hydraulic building services or related field.
• 2–6 years experience in hydraulic building services consulting.
• Experience designing hydraulic systems including water, sewer, stormwater, recycled water, gas and hot water.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and delivery of hydraulic building services from concept to construction.
• Prepare calculations, reports, specifications and design documentation.
• Develop and coordinate hydraulic BIM models in Revit and coordination with other disciplines.
