Job summary

Ivory Group is seeking a Hydraulic BIM Modeller to join our Sydney team. You will develop accurate, detailed, and coordinated hydraulic models using Revit, aligning with project requirements and design intent.

Working with multidisciplinary teams and the BIM Lead, you’ll ensure models integrate with architectural and structural data, uphold Australian codes and standards, and contribute to high-quality documentation across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven capability utilising Revit on local building services projects.
• Good understanding of Australian building codes, standards and industry practices.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, structured and coordinated hydraulic models in accordance with project requirements.
• Produce high-quality hydraulic services models and documentation using Revit.
• Coordinate hydraulic services with architectural, structural and other building services disciplines.
• Identify and resolve modelling, coordination and spatial issues to support efficient project delivery.
• Ensure models and documentation comply with relevant Australian codes, standards and project specifications.
• Work closely with engineers and project teams to deliver accurate and coordinated design outcomes.
• Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to project deliverables and successful project outcomes.
