Job summary

Davidson seeks an experienced Program Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing strategy for a large-scale Billing Program in Melbourne. You will oversee functional, automation, integration, regression, UAT, performance and security testing, ensuring test coverage aligns with program objectives.

You will manage testing teams, drive adoption of AQM and Playwright, coordinate data migration testing, and provide evidence-based releases governance to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading testing across large transformation programs.
• Experience in energy/utilities sectors and testing lifecycle.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources and vendors; release governance.

Responsibilities
