You will engage with clients, manage debtor processes, invoicing, and diary management for Principals while building strong professional relationships with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow and client records.
• Add new clients to the database.
• Set up timesheets and collect correct client information.
• Engage with clients and manage payment plans.
• Oversee debtor management and invoicing.
• Diary management for principals.
• Handle ATO notices and enquiries including penalty remissions.
• Maintain filing and archiving; collate tax work.
