Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Bilingual Tamil Data Annotator to join the Data Quality Analytics Team onsite in Redmond, WA (also Burlingame, CA or New York City, NY). The role focuses on annotating media, applying strict guidelines, and using internal labeling platforms to ensure data quality.

Fluency in Tamil and English is required. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Prior annotation experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines precisely.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets (functions, formulas, tables).
• Strong knowledge of the technology industry.
• Fluency in Tamil and English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsibilities

• Annotate media based on provided guidelines as part of the Data Quality Team.
• Apply quality methodology, rubric, and standards consistently when labeling large datasets.
• Use internal data labeling platforms for annotation tasks.
• Become a subject matter expert in your workflow.
• Identify errors and trends and communicate findings to stakeholders.
