Diversey Care Allied Health in Melbourne seeks a Bilingual Speech Pathologist to join our growing team. The role offers an immediate start with a supportive environment, supervision, and structured development for graduates or experienced clinicians.

You'll work across clinic, home, school and community settings with a diverse caseload, including speech, language, and AAC, swallowing and mealtime management. Mandarin/Cantonese speakers are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with relevant registration or eligibility
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Willing to travel locally for community-based appointments
• Open to learning and developing within the NDIS space
• Bilingual skills are highly valued (Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Arabic, Vietnamese)

Responsibilities

• Deliver services across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Support a diverse lifespan caseload with varied clinical needs.
• Participate in supervision and mentoring programs for professional growth
