Job summary

The CareSide is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in VIC to assist clients to live safely and independently at home. This part-time role requires fluency in Hindi and Panjabi, plus English, with 10 hours per week and flexible weekday timing.

Travel reimbursement and PPE are provided to support your day-to-day work. Responsibilities include personal care, domestic tasks, social support, transport to appointments, and documenting care records.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Hindi and Panjabi, with English proficiency.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• National Police Clearance.
• Australian Driver’s Licence with vehicle and insurance.
• Smartphone.
• Compassionate, reliable, and caring.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts.
• Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping.
