e2o, a pioneering project delivery company and part of the Clough/Webuild Group, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead major mechanical and process plant projects across mining, oil & gas, water treatment, power generation and pipeline sectors.

You will drive bid strategies, engage clients, and own delivery from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring safety, quality and strong commercial performance across all project phases.

Formación

• Experience as a Project Manager or senior project engineer in industrial environments.
• Experience contributing to tendering, bid development and project pursuits.
• Strong process plant experience in mining, oil & gas, water treatment, power generation or pipeline sectors.
• Track record delivering projects valued at $20M+ with managed commercial, contractual and operational outcomes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong leadership in multi-disciplinary teams including subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to balance safety, schedule, cost and quality across priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead bidding process, support and lead tender submissions.
• Develop bid strategies, delivery methodologies and project execution plans.
• Identify opportunities with existing and new clients to grow business.
• Lead project delivery from mobilisation to commissioning and handover.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules and commercial performance.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Build strong client relationships and provide project reporting to senior leadership.
