atWork Australia is seeking a BI/Reporting Specialist to support the migration of reporting assets from SQL Server to Databricks and to develop scalable Power BI solutions. You will design data models, optimize SQL, and build semantic models to enable data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, maintain governance standards, and contribute to continuous improvement across reporting, analytics, and data management.

Qualifikationen

• Databricks experience in reporting/analytics.
• Power BI dashboards, data models and DAX.
• SQL Server data extraction, transformation and validation.
• Data models designed for reporting and analytics.
• BI governance and reporting standards understanding.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across projects.
• Experience with data migration or transformation projects.
• Exposure to Employment Services or large multi-site organisations.
• IT/BI-related degree or equivalent qualification.

• Support migration of reporting assets from SQL Server to Databricks.
