Job summary

ALH Hotels is seeking a Category Manager - Range | Beverages to lead the beverage range strategy across our 350+ venues. You will optimize venue ranges, negotiate high-value supplier terms, and drive profit with a data-driven approach.

Partnering with Hospitality Operations, Marketing, and Executive Chefs, you will guide seasonal range reviews, craft renewal beverage lists, and develop a high-performing team focused on commercial accountability and on-premise excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving beverage strategy or category management in multisite hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage complex P&Ls, supplier negotiations, and margin optimisation.
• Strong data translation and storytelling with executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across matrix organisations.
• Desirable: SQL and Google Cloud Platform for insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and segmentation strategies across 350+ venues.
• Lead range optimisation, supplier terms, and renewal programs for profitability.
• Analyse sales data and guest trends to inform beverage decisions.
• Align beverage with food strategies for a unified customer experience.
• Lead and develop ACM Range and broader hospitality team.
