Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Category Manager - Range | Beverages to lead a data-driven beverage range strategy across its ALH Hotels network of 350+ venues. Partner with Hospitality Operations, Marketing, Executive Chefs, and suppliers to optimise venue ranges and secure high-value agreements.

You will drive rigorous seasonal range reviews, craft offerings for refurbishments, and mentor a high-performing team focused on commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving beverage strategy or category management in multisite hospitality groups.
• Proven track record of managing complex P&Ls, margin optimisation, and supplier negotiations.
• Data translation and storytelling; ability to build exec-ready presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Stakeholder management and leadership across matrix organisations.
• Desirable: SQL and Google Cloud Platform for commercial insights.

Responsibilities

• Category Strategy & Margin Management: develop and embed strategies to drive trend leadership.
• Range Optimisation & Reviews: lead biannual reviews and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Insights Leadership: analyse sales data, guest behaviour, and trends to inform ranges.
• Food & Beverage Alignment: collaborate with chefs to integrate beverage/food strategies.
• Renewal Venues: design beverage lists with Hospitality Ops and Renewals teams.
• Leadership & Talent Development: lead and develop ACM Range team members.
