The Pinnacle in Fitzroy North is inviting an experienced Bar Manager to take full ownership of the bar and beverage program. You'll manage the list, cellar, stock, margins and standards, while leading the FOH team on the floor alongside the GM.

You’ll drive the beverage program, oversee ordering, stocktakes and pricing, train staff, and ensure peak trade runs smoothly. This role suits someone with 2+ years in bar leadership, deep beverage knowledge, and a hands‑on approach to coaching the team.
