Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is seeking a Power Plant Field Supervisor to lead field service activities for our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. You will oversee commissioning, testing, and maintenance while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires the ability to supervise contractors, respond to customer needs, and stay on-call 24/7. A valid electrical license and field experience are essential. Travel to regional sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years field service or related role.
• Recent electrical engineering graduate.
• 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field start-up, commissioning, testing and maintenance for BESS systems.
• Supervise contractors to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Respond to customer service calls and on-call duties 24/7.
• Coordinate on-site planning, installations, and inspections.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for compliance.
