Job summary

NovaSource Power Services seeks a Field Supervisor for BESS power plant operations. Responsibilities include commissioning, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and supervising contractors in the field. The role requires being on-call 24/7 and familiarity with HV and AC/DC systems.

Candidates should have an unrestricted electrical license, CPR/First Aid, and a valid white card with driving license. Travel may be required to support regional client needs.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted electrical license required.
• LVR-CPR and first aid certification required.
• Ability to supervise field staff and contractors in the field.
• Willingness to work in potentially remote field conditions and be on-call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for field service including commissioning, testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying electrical systems.
• Supervise contractors to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Be primary responder to customer service calls and be on‑call 24/7.
• Coordinate on-site project planning, installations, commissioning, and testing.
