Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, invites two placement students to join from July 2027 in Bespoke & Innovations. You will assist in bringing client ideas to life, support the Bespoke Workshop & Studio teams, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic automotive environment.

The role offers diverse responsibilities from day one, with mentors guiding you as you manage projects from concept through to implemented solutions and experience planning, production, and cross-functional interactions.

Qualifications

• Engineering-related degree required or pursuing
• Strong interest in mechanical/logical systems
• Ability to work independently within a team
• Take projects from concept to implemented solution

Responsibilities

• Assist Bespoke Workshop & Studio teams with day-to-day tasks
• Support detailed planning activities of the Interior Surface Centre
• Collaborate with engineers on new projects and processes
• Contribute to future projects to develop the business
