Job summary

Rashi Joshi in Queensland is hiring two hundred Berry Farm Labourers for fruit picking, packing and field maintenance at our Caboolture site. Roles are full-time for a minimum of 12 months, starting October 2026, with a 6-day rolling roster.

Experience is preferred but not essential; safety procedures and PPE are required on site. Workers will contribute to local and interstate markets, with pay under the Horticultural Award at Level 1.

Qualifications

• Safety conscious attitude to work.
• Ability to work a 6-day rolling roster, available 7 days per week.
• Physically fit and healthy.
• Able to relocate close to Caboolture or live locally in the area.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack ripe berries for local and interstate markets.
• Assist the production line in the strawberry packing facility.
• Planting, trellising and field maintenance of plants for ongoing production.
• Adhere to safety procedures including wearing PPE on site (boots, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses).
