Job summary

Four Seasons Sydney seeks a courteous Bell/Garage Attendant to welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and ensure a memorable first impression. You will assist guests with their needs and provide a seamless service experience in a luxury setting.

You will safely park and retrieve vehicles in the underground garage, deliver luggage to rooms, answer questions about local attractions, and support a high-standard guest experience with attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing skills and a welcoming manner.
• Ability to work on a rotating roster (casual/full-time).
• Attention to detail in a luxury hotel environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30kg and move luggage.
• Valid driver’s license for NSW and confidence in driving all vehicle types.

Responsibilities

• Create the first and last impressions for guests arriving and departing the hotel.
• Greet and farewell hotel guests at the front doors.
• Safely park and retrieve cars from the underground garage.
• Deliver luggage to guest rooms in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with enquiries about local area attractions.

About the role:

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Bell/Garage Attendant provides a memorable arrival experience and bids a fond farewell to our departing guests. Key to your success is delivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring standards execution and in doing so will create memories that will last a lifetime! We have casual & full-time positions available.

What you will do:

Create the first and last impressions for our guests arriving and departing the hotel

Greet and farewell all hotel guests on the front doors

Safely park and retrieve cars from our underground garage

Deliver luggage to our guest rooms in a timely manner

Assist with day to day enquiries from guests pertaining to local area attractions

What you will bring:

A "gift of the gab" and great guest engagement skills

Flexibility to be able to work on a rotating roster on a casual basis

A passion to provide a memorable guest experience

Excellent attention to detail

The ability to lift heavy loads of up to 30kg

Must have a drivers license that allows you to drive in NSW and possess confidence in driving all types of vehicles
