Job summary

MedHealth is seeking a qualified Behaviour Support Practitioner for our Penrith clinic to deliver PBS planning and support with individuals across the lifespan.

You will conduct assessments, prepare high-quality plans and reports, and collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes. A current NDIS registration and a valid driver's license are essential.

In this role you will:

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.
• Create evidence-based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
• Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approach
• Collaborate with families andsupport networks to achieve positive outcomes
• Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
• Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality behaviour support plans and reports
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently
• Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle
