Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions in Coffs Harbour, NSW, is seeking an experienced NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver assessments, plans and interventions across clinic, home, community and school settings. You will work with children, adolescents and adults within a multidisciplinary team and have clear pathways into senior clinical and leadership roles.

Qualifications
