About the role:

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work with NDIS participants, their families and support networks to understand behaviours of concern and develop practical, evidence-based strategies that enhance quality of life, independence and participation.

Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to develop individualised behaviour support approaches while receiving ongoing clinical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor participant progress, evaluate outcomes and review Behaviour Support Plans as required.
  • Maintain accurate case notes, reports and NDIS documentation.
  • Support the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices where applicable.
