Job summary

Avina is seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners across Australia to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred services in home, school, clinic and community settings. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, with autonomy to structure your day while supported by supervision and collaboration.

Qualifications

• NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability/registration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload.
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans.
• Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies.
• Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists.
• Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community, clinic and telehealth settings.
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities.
