Aurora Allied Services is a NDIS registered behaviour support and psychology provider seeking Registered Behaviour Support Practitioners/ Psychologists to join our team in Melbourne. You’ll conduct neuro-affirming assessments, develop personalised plans and ensure adherence to NDIS standards.

We value neurodiversity, collaborative working, and strong researcher/report-writing capabilities. Responsibilities include regular client visits and timely plan delivery within NDIS timeframes.

Formación

• Qualified with degree in psychology, occupational therapy, education or related field.
• Current driver’s license and access to a roadworthy vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening currently.
• ABN plus professional indemnity and liability insurance by commencement date.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) current.
• Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure practices comply with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits to build therapeutic relationships.
• Produce NDIS required plans within NDIS timeframes and identify restrictive practices.

What You’ll Do

Conduct neuro-affirming and trauma informed assessments.

Develop individualised strengths-based person-centred behaviour support plans.

Ensure all practices comply with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.

Work closely and regularly with clients, teams and families.

Conduct regularface-to-facevisits to build strong therapeutic relationships.

Produce NDIS required plans withinNDIS timeframesand skilled in identifying Restrictive Practices.

Pay and Capability Framework

Proficient practitioner $150/hr
