Job summary

MedHealth is seeking an experienced NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop personalised PBS plans tailored to each participant. You will work with families in a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based supports that align with individual goals.

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced).
• Experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality behaviour support plans and reports.
• Strong organisational skills to manage a complex, varied caseload independently.
• Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
