The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria seeks a Clinician – Practice Lead Behaviour Support at the Malmsbury precinct to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitation programs for young people in custody. You will help staff manage complex behaviour, oversee individualized intervention plans and provide high-quality supervision and professional development.

A qualification in psychology, social work or youth work is required, along with a current Working with

Competenze

• Qualification in psychology, social work, youth work or related field is required.
• Experience leading teams supporting complex client groups is desirable.
• Knowledge of trauma, offending behaviour, substance use and mental health issues.
