The Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC – Bendigo is seeking an experienced Clinician to serve as Practice Lead Behaviour Support at our Malmsbury facility. You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering psychosocial programs and behaviour support for young people, and oversee individualised intervention plans.

The role emphasizes high-quality supervision, staff development, and the use of positive behaviour strategies.

Competenze

Qualification in psychology, social work, youth work or related field.
Current Employee Working with Children Check required.
Experience leading teams supporting complex client groups.
Strong practice supervision and staff development skills.
Knowledge of trauma, offending behaviour, substance use and mental health issues.
Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure.
