Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking casual North Sydney OSHC Educators to provide engaging after-school care for children. Earn per shift with flexible hours between 2pm–6pm, across North Sydney and nearby suburbs.

No minimum qualifications required, but experience with children is essential and supporting qualifications are welcome. You will deliver safe, activity-based programs aligned with the My Time Our Place framework and collaborate with carers while maintaining a positive environment.

• Willingness to travel to different locations around your area.
• Understanding child safety and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervising primary school-aged children in indoor and outdoor activities.
• Assisting staff in delivering engaging, educational programs.
• Setting up outside school clubs and activities and ensuring a safe environment.
• Liaising with carers and families.
