Job summary

Kingswim offers a paid training path to become a Swim Teacher. Start as Swim Teacher in Training with flexible shifts to fit study or family commitments, and you’ll be supported by mentors as you learn to teach swimming and build confidence in children.

Earn while you train, with junior rates for ages 16–19, and enjoy YMCA Victoria gym/pool access plus discounts on health insurance and cinema tickets. You’ll join a team that values fun, growth, and making a difference.
