Kingswim and YMCA Victoria are inviting motivated individuals to join as Swim Teacher in Training. You’ll be paid while you train, with flexible shifts that fit study, family or other commitments. The role is about building confidence in children, making learning fun and developing leadership and teamwork in a pool environment.

As you progress, you’ll access subsidised training and a pathway to full qualification, plus gym and pool access at YMCA facilities and mentorship from experienced staff.

• Energetic and reliable person ready to train in teaching swimming.
• Basic swimming ability with confidence in water.
• Enjoy working with children and families; able to commit to after-school or weekend shifts.
