Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 12 months' experience as Beauty Therapist or similar role.
• Proven skills in eyebrow threading, shaping, tinting and lash lift.
• Experience delivering facials, skincare advice and waxing in a salon.
• Strong hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety knowledge.
• Ability to consult clients and recommend suitable treatments.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand beauty needs and options.
• Perform eyebrow threading, shaping and brow services to professional standards.
• Provide brow tinting, lash tinting and lash lift as required.
• Deliver facial treatments and advise on skincare routines.
• Perform waxing while ensuring client comfort and privacy.
• Analyze skin and recommend treatments, products and aftercare.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and treatment-area standards.
• Manage appointments and client records for efficient salon flow.
• Offer aftercare guidance and product recommendations.
• Encourage repeat bookings through professional service.
• Support day-to-day salon operations and teamwork.
• Monitor service quality and uphold salon procedures.
