Job summary

Glossy Hub Pty Ltd in Paddington, Sydney, is hiring a full‑time Beauty Therapist (38 hours/week). You will provide personalised consultations, perform lash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume), lash lifting and tinting, brow shaping and waxing, facial and skincare treatments, and manicure/pedicure with makeup services.

Role includes aftercare guidance and maintaining hygiene standards. The position requires AQF Certificate III with 2+ years on‑the‑job training or AQF Certificate IV with 1 year

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate III with at least 2 years on‑the‑job training, or AQF Certificate IV with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised consultations to understand client beauty goals and recommend treatments.
• Examine clients' skin, lashes, brows to determine suitable techniques and products.
• Create eyelash extension sets: classic, hybrid, volume; infills and removals.
• Carry out lash lifting, tinting, lightening and related lash services.
• Deliver brow shaping, waxing, tinting and brow lamination.
• Provide facial and skincare treatments tailored to skin type and concerns.
• Perform manicure and pedicure, nail care and cosmetic make‑up.
• Explain procedures and aftercare; advise on home routines.
• Prepare, clean and sanitise treatment spaces and equipment.

Glossy Hub Pty Ltd Glossy Hub is a luxury salon in the eastern suburb of Sydney offering lash and brow beauty services. We are currently seeking a full‑time beauty therapist for our salon in Paddington. Your duties will include: Provide personalised consultations to understand each client’s beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments, services and products.

Examine clients' skin, natural lashes, brow and skin condition before to determine the most suitable techniques and products. Create a range of eyelash extensions sets, including classic, hybrid and volume styles, as well as completing infills, removals and ongoing maintenance. Carry out lash lifting, lash tinting, lash lightening and other treatments design to enhance the natural eyelashes.

Deliver professional brow services such as brow shaping, waxing, tweezing, tinting, lightening and brow lamination. Provide facial and skincare treatments tailored to individual skin types and concerns. Assess clients’ skin and provide advice on suitable skincare routines, products and ongoing home care.

Perform manicure and pedicure services, including general nail care and other treatments. Apply cosmetic and corrective make-up for clients and provide advice on suitable make‑up products and application techniques. Perform hair‑removal and beauty treatments such as facial and body waxing and tinting where required.

Explain treatment procedures and provide clients with advice on aftercare and maintenance. Guide client through their chosen treatment and provide clear instructions on aftercare and maintaining their results at home. Review the finished treatment and make any necessary refinements to ensure the result meets the agreed look and client expectations.

Coordinate client appointments, maintain accurate booking information and keep treatment notes and client records up to date. Provide product recommendations based on individual client needs and assist with the retail sale of suitable skincare, cosmetic, beauty and aftercare products. Prepare, clean and sanitise treatment spaces, tools and equipment while following the salon hygiene, safety and operational standards.

• Package: $79,000-$85,000 per annum plus superannuation
• Position: Full time (38 hours a week)
