Aesop Facial Treatment | Role PurposeWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate, qualified Facial Therapist to work Part Timein our incredibly tranquil, South Yarra space. This role primarily focuses on facial treatments, however, is complemented by supporting customers and team on the shop floor.

This is a PartTime position,and it operates an on-site working pattern.

Roster:

• Thursday 11.00am - 7.00pm
• Friday 11.00am - 7.00pm
• Saturday 9.30am - 6.00pm
• Total 33 hours per week

Required Experience

• Experience as a Facial Therapist in a reputable beauty salon, facial studio or day spa
• Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Cert. IV(Qualificationmustbe provided)
• Experience and confidence in achieving retail targets, meeting KPIs and team collaboration
• Meticulous attention to detail and appreciation of how Aesop’s exact protocols serve to deliver a unique Aesop experience
• Ability to create and maintain relationships to encourage repeat Guests, building a solid return Guest base
