Job summary

Laser Clinics Group is seeking a Beauty Therapist for our Noosa clinic. You will deliver laser hair removal, facials, peels and advanced skin treatments, ensuring client comfort and outcomes.

Your role includes client consultation and tailoring treatments to individual needs in a fast-paced, energetic environment. You'll join a supportive team that values passion, care and professional growth, with access to world-class training and ongoing development in an internationally recognised aesthetics

Qualifications

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty (Cert IV minimum) or Diploma of Beauty Therapy/Diploma of Dermal Science.
• WA/QLD: valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence, or working toward obtaining one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver empowering transformations with laser hair removal, facials, skin needling, peels, Hydrojelly masks and RF treatments.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs and tailor solutions that boost confidence.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to grow skills and advance careers in aesthetics.

WhatYou'llBring to the Team

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Cert IV(minimum), Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Dermal Science.
• For WA/QLD: A valid Radiation Laser Hair RemovalLicence, orcurrently working towards obtaining one.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
• Be punctual, organised, and supportive,you willcelebrateteam wins to foster a positive,motivatingworkplace. Build trust and lasting client relationships through empathy,expertise, and confidence-boosting treatments.
• A track recordof delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targetsand KPIs.
